From Fort Worth to Lubbock: Katy Rush's Inspiring Story in the Western Industry
In this episode of Ag Talk, Venessa sits down with Katy Rush from Lubbock, Texas. Katy shares her diverse career journey from growing up in Fort Worth, attending college in Tennessee, and moving back to Texas for various roles in Western retail, fashion, and marketing.
She discusses her work experiences, including notable stints at Cowboys and Indians magazine and the National Ranching Heritage Center, as well as her jewelry business, Turquoiseology. Katy emphasizes the importance of following God's lead, embracing new challenges, and blending one's passions into a satisfying career.
