Navigating the Pivots of Life with Lacy Jones
In this episode of AgTalk, host Venessa Wood speaks with mother and business owner Lacy Jones. Lacey shares her journey from being a rodeo athlete at Texas Tech to managing a diverse farm and running Wild West Vintage Decor. They discuss transitioning a business from a storefront to online sales, the importance of family, and personal experiences with infertility and adoption. Lacey also talks about her new role as a certified travel advisor and her involvement with the organization, 'Behind the Shoots,' which supports agricultural youth. Finally, they preview an upcoming Kentucky Derby-themed fundraising event for scholarships.
