Kaycie shares her background, describing how she started showing horses at a young age and pursued a journalism career to stay connected with the equine world. 

She discusses her educational journey at West Texas A&M before moving into various roles in the agriculture and equine industries, including positions at AQHA and the National Reining Horse Association. Kaycie then transitions to talking about her involvement with the Western Sports Foundation (WSF), a nonprofit focused on supporting pro rodeo athletes through financial assistance, mental health resources, and career development. 

Additionally, she discusses Tough Draw, a company specializing in marketing, branding, and storytelling for Western industry athletes and brands. Kaycie emphasizes the importance of telling authentic stories and staying true to one's self while navigating the challenges and opportunities within the agriculture and equine industries.
